A private transfer between Incheon Airport and Seoul costs from about US$80 for a car of up to three to US$174 for a van of up to twelve, as listed on GetYourGuide in October 2026, and the price is for the whole vehicle, not per person. The most reviewed, GUIVING’s private transfer, is US$96 for up to 4: US$48 each for two and US$24 each for four.

The cheapest two are new: HavenTrip’s car has one review and Xplorewander’s four. GUIVING’s transfer has 1,300, MOVV’s car 128 and the 12-seat van 40.

Why the price is per car

The cost of a transfer is the driver’s time and the vehicle, and a van holds the same seats whether you fill it or not. So the companies sell the car, and each listing’s price line says so: “per group up to 4”, “up to 7”, “up to 12”. Two people in a car for four pay for four seats; seven in MOVV’s car pay about US$12 each.

Is a private transfer cheaper than the train or bus?

Per person, rarely: the all-stop AREX train is 4,750 won from Terminal 1 to Seoul Station by transit card, and the limousine bus 17,000 won a person (October 2026). A family of four on the bus pays 68,000 won and still walks from the stop with the bags. The transfer is the price of the door: met at the gate, fixed, tolls included, at any hour.

What costs extra

Waiting beyond the free time (the pickup and drop-off service charges 20,000 won per hour), a second drop-off address, a child car seat, and on MOVV some drop-off areas. MOVV’s listing also says it is driver only, with no guide. Each of these transfers cancels free up to 24 hours before.
